To join us for Boarding, your pet must pass a Meet & Greet evaluation.
To schedule your M&G, we will need a signed copy of the following items prior to your scheduled arrival time:

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Vaccinations Requirements
All clients MUST provide proof of up-to-date vaccination records. All pets MUST be vaccinated for the following by a qualified veterinarian. Vaccinations given at home will not be permissible:

RABIES
-
BORDETELLA
-
DISTEMPER
-
CAININE INFLUENZA (Highly Recommended)
Your pet must be on a monthly flea and tick preventative and Heartworm preventative. Heartworm test must have been given within the last year.
Belongings
Bedding, food bowls, and water bowls will all be provided by facility.
If you wish to bring your pets belongings, such as a bed, toys, feeding bowls etc. we ask that they not be excessively large or bulky as we are limited in space. We cannot guarantee that your belongings will be returned in the same condition as when you dropped them off.
Food
We ask that you bring your dogs own food as to not upset your pets GI track. We recommend you pre-package each meal and label according to their feeding schedule.
If your dog runs out of food while in our care due to an inaccuracy in the amount brought at drop off, we will provide our food for an additional fee.
Booking a Reservation
Contact our office via phone call/text or email to set up a Boarding Reservation or Meet and Greet Evaluation.

If picking up during morning business hours 7am-12pm, you will not be charged for that day.
If picking up after 12pm, you will be charged a full day's stay.

Pick up or Drop Off outside of business hours without prior approval from our office will result in a surcharge fee of $10 and will be applied to your final bill.
Holidays
Our office will be CLOSED for holiday pick-up and drop-off’s.

Meet & Greet Evaluation
All of our clients will need to pass a Meet & Greet evaluation process to begin their journey with us. During this process your pet will be evaluated for the following:

Response to human interaction
-
Response to different sizes and breeds of dogs
-
Interactions in open play environment
-
Comfort level in a crate
-
Overall observation of comfortability within a new environment
